mehr Produktionsanlagen im industriellen Sektor mit Differenzstrommessungen ausgestattet.<br \/>\nDiese \u00dcberwachungsma\u00dfnahme wird meist eingesetzt, um die Schutzziele St\u00f6rungs- und Anlagenschutz zu erreichen.<br \/>\nIn einigen speziellen F\u00e4llen und unter bestimmten Bedingungen kann auch der Brandschutz durch Differenzstrommonitore gem\u00e4\u00df IEC 62020 abgebildet Normung die Isolationsmessung, die Teil der periodischen Inspektion f\u00fcr feste Installationen ist, vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fehlerstromwerte einer Produktionsanlage mit 270 A Nennstrom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Produktionsanlagen sind meist komplexe elektrische Systeme, die durch eine Kombination von verschiedenen elektrischen Ger\u00e4ten realisiert werden.<br \/>\nIn den meisten F\u00e4llen \u00fcbernimmt eine SPS die Steuerung.<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend die einzelnen elektrischen Ger\u00e4te hinsichtlich ihres systembedingten Ableitstroms durch Normen geregelt sind, k\u00f6nnen in komplexen Systemen gr\u00f6\u00dfere systembedingte Ableitstr\u00f6me auftreten.<br \/>\nNormalerweise handelt es sich dabei um kapazitive Filterstr\u00f6me, die Oberschwingungsanteile Umgebung entdeckt.<br \/>\nEs l\u00e4sst sich eine Grundschwingung erkennen, die im Zeitintervall von 20 ms dreimal schwingt. In der FFT-Analyse ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Amplitude daher bei 150 Hz zu erwarten. herk\u00f6mmlichen FI-Schutzschaltern f\u00fcr den Personenschutz oder den Brandschutz zu sch\u00fctzen.<br \/>\nFrei zug\u00e4ngliche Steckdosen und der zugeh\u00f6rige FI-Schutzschalter f\u00fcr den Personenschutz wurden aus diesem Grund einfach weggelassen. <\/p>\n<p>Es stellt sich nun die Frage, wie man bei der Differenzstrommessung mit h\u00f6heren anlagenbedingten Fehlerstr\u00f6men umgeht, zumal sich nur selten eine stabile Amplitude \u00fcber die verschiedenen Betriebszust\u00e4nde der Anlage einstellt.<br \/>\nDie im folgenden Diagramm dargestellten Messwerte stammen aus einer gro\u00dfen Produktionsanlage mit einem Nennstrom von 270 A. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section gro\u00dfen Stromwerte sind haupts\u00e4chlich auf die kapazitiven Filterstr\u00f6me der einzelnen Ger\u00e4te zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie Frequenzumrichter sind die Hauptursache daf\u00fcr.<br \/>\nWenn diese gemessenen Fehlerstromwerte nun intern in der SPS mit den jeweiligen Betriebszust\u00e4nden der Anlage verkn\u00fcpft werden, kann ein Normalzustand der Anlage definiert
