Str\u00f6me an die Beschleunigermagnete liefern. Ein wesentliches Element zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der geforderten Leistung ist der Stromwandler, der f\u00fcr die Messung und Regelung des Stroms des Stromrichters verwendet wird. Eine Hauptanforderung ist Stabilit\u00e4t und Linearit\u00e4t in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung von 10ppm sowie ein Rauschverhalten von unter 10ppm pk-pk f\u00fcr eine Bandbreite von 10kHz bei Str\u00f6men von 1000A. Gleichstromwandler (DCCT) von Danisense wurden von Entwicklungsteams des CERN-Labors ausgew\u00e4hlt und werden bei der Entwicklung von QTRIM-Stromversorgungen f\u00fcr den PS-Booster-Beschleuniger verwendet, der Teil einer Kette von Beschleunigern ist, die den Strahl in den LHC (Large Hadron Collider) am Europ\u00e4ischen Laboratorium f\u00fcr Teilchenphysik
